UGR Wholesale sells to Reptile Companies, Resellers and Distributors. All live animals shipped by UGR Wholesale are guaranteed to arrive alive and in good visible health. This guarantee applies to all shipments received on the first delivery attempt, ad for those shipments that adhere to UGR Wholesale’s temperature parameters. See below for parameters. Specific sexes are not guaranteed on animals, but we will do our best to accommodate all customer requests. UGR Wholesale is not responsible for carrier delays or damage to the shipments that result from carrier mishandling, and that may cause damage to the products being shipped. All live animal shipments are shipped through next day overnight or same day arrival services. Packages left at the airport or shipping facilities for more than 2 hours will not be guaranteed. All order issue reports must be submitted on day of arrival to Any animal that arrives unhealthy or deceased, and falls under warranty, will be given full credit to be used on the next order.

3)If you want a boy or girl we will do our best, but it’s a tough go on some of them so…..
4)If UPS or the Airlines loses or crushes your shipment we will do our best to work with you, but it’s not on us.
6)If you don’t pickup or open your box after 2 hours it’s on you.
7)If there is a DOA, contact us that day within 2 hours, not later that day or the next day!
8)If there is a DOA we will credit you on your next order so we both don’t get killed on it.
Live and visibly healthy arrival is only guaranteed when shipping temperatures at both ends are between 35° – 89°F for home delivery and 26F° – 99F° for having the animal shipped to a UPS Customer Center for pick up. We will still guarantee the animal if you opt to have the package held at a UPS Customer Center for pick up however the animal must be picked up within 2 hours of arrival at the UPS Customer Center or all guarantees are void. Otherwise, we can hold the animal(s) at our facility until temperatures are safe for shipping
All customers are responsible for knowing their local laws for ordering, shipping and keeping anything they order. UGR Wholesale will never knowingly ship any animals or items that are illegal in a certain area.

In accordance with FDA regulations, turtles and tortoises less than 4 inches listed on our website are offered expressly for educational, scientific, or export purposes only. They are not sold for use as pets.

UGR Wholesale has a no refund policy. In rare circumstances if a refund is approved there is a 15% cancellation fee.
